I chose the Grand Park Hotel in Jerusalem specifically to visit the Al-Aqsa Mosque, which was just a short distance away. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's additional features and services. The free WiFi in public areas was convenient, and the free self parking made it easy for me to explore the city without worrying about my car. What stood out to me was the onsite international cuisine buffet restaurant. I enjoyed a satisfying meal there and loved the variety of dishes available.
The shower room in the hotel was not well surrounded, causing water to leak out and wet the entire bathroom.

I recently stayed at this hotel in November and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, just a short 10-minute walk to the Old City, and I felt safe walking around even as a solo traveler. The hotel itself had a youthful and fresh atmosphere, with bright and well-decorated rooms. The price was very affordable and offered great value for money. The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. The wifi connection was excellent, and I didn't have to enter the password repeatedly. The breakfast was a highlight, with a good variety of fresh and healthy options including local products. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it to others.
All was great, no complaints!

Great staff and clean rooms. the location is perfect and we loved being able to walk everywhere. the breakfast had a variety of options and the chef was amazing. We enjoyed the mix of middle eastern and continental cuisine.
The wifi signal was weak and we had to sit in the hallway to use it. the parking was first come first serve, but we managed to find a spot.

I was impressed with the hotel's cleanliness and facilities, including a lovely backlit skyline headboard in the room. The proximity to the modern tram line made transportation around this city easy as it is just across the road from the central bus station. I enjoyed complimentary coffee available in the lobby 24/7.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

We recently stayed at a hotel that exceeded our expectations. the location was exceptional as it was a short ride to Ben Gurion airport, and was very close to the city center where we enjoyed several restaurants and shops. the room was cozy and clean with all the necessary amenities. the breakfast buffet was impressive and had something for everyone.
The elevators could use some updating as they were a bit slow at times.

Amazing staff, always polite, smiling and happy to help. Loved the free parking and free wifi connection, which made our stay much more comfortable. , the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of food, especially the fresh fruit.
The room was a bit too small for us, and the bathroom was not very big either. Although the hotel was located near the Old City, we had to walk up and down several steep hills to get there, which was a bit tiring.
